In the context of our constant digital screens and their distractions, I teach everyday Christians, especially African American Christians, how to focus our minds on words and messages from God’s Holy Spirit through easily learning the treasure of meditating on, praying and receiving from God, through the simple practice of meditating and praying Scripture. I teach what I call, “how to login to God”! It is the treasure of encountering God, throughout our daily activities, by focusing our minds on small verses of Scripture through this simple (classic/historical Christian) action, yet unknown to many today. Let’s discover the accessible treasures of listening to Scripture, Scripture meditation, Scripture prayer, and receiving from God’s Holy Spirit as we focus on, dialogue with, worship and contemplate God’s presence and purposes communicated to us through the treasure of God’s Scriptures, and the treasure of God’s voice communicated to us, through Scripture.
